★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service from the only one banker in bank. Went at 9.30am but waited until 10am get served by the only one banker. Refuse to check immediately (said need 1 day to check instead other bank can check and get value immediately) market value for the property we keen to buy and not keen to serve our loan application by mention that will go for travelling next Monday. We already bought 2 cars previously with loan and also got credit card under the bank with previous payment payback history but sill say our document is not qualified to proceed loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience especially the few staff at loan department in this branch. I think people may not willing to wasting time to leave a review but i think it is important to show to public bank site please don’t forget to train their staff serve people in proper manner. They are in service industry but showed very bad attitude , very unhelpful, rude and show no patient in service people. Educated people but obviously no manner. The only star I gave is for the security guard at the front door which are the only helpful staff. Customer attend your bank to ask for help please show more patience.
