β β β β β The bank with the worst service in Malaysia. Cancelled my credit card at Tun Sambanthan branch, the Indian customer service personnel (male, manager level) told me that he has cancelled my card. Surprisingly, three months later I saw the card still showing in my ccris. Called pbb to check and only found out that my card was not cancelled. Extremely shocked! What he did with my card for three months?!
