If there's an option for a zero-star, I would give them a zero star. 1) Their phone customer service is utter rubbish. There's no case number or reference number for customer to follow up on. If the phone connection dropped, you'll get a new customer service agent and you will need to spell the whole problem to them, again, from start. And if the phone line is bad, you can't even hear their name when they introduce themselves. Be ready to spend a fortune to call them. 2) I lost my S&P Agreement for the house I bought. I called to request a copy of the document. One agent said he will mail it to me using Ambank's nearest branch. The second agent said Ambank has no copies of the S&P document (utter nonsense). The third one said she can e-mail the S&P to me but the line keeps disconnecting (from what I could hear, she seems to struggle handling the physical phone and clumsy with the phone physical handling). 3) They have a record of my e-mail address. They use it for verification purposes but never use it to send me updates on my request. Seriously, I feel like talking to a wall.

Poor customer service. Requested for car grant (hv completed my loan) to sell my car urgently. They coudnt assist me. We cant go personally to collect grant. No walking in too. Worse still they said they hv close down the main branch who did my loan. Finally after scolding manage to get my grant the next day (before scolding they repeatedly said need 10 working day to search and poslaju) but i received the grant in bad condition. Poor management poor service.

Management please do audit on your staff and survey on how unsatisfied customers are. Really bad service. Ask to courier back shipments documents taking you more than a week? And I still didn't receive it until today. You should bear the warehouse fee. Hong Leong bank services are much better. Shame on you

Poor feed back from the bank..no call back.. customer service below average..i Dnt know are they working or not in the office ..or same like the earth quake story recently in Malaysia..only see them on the roads after the quake ..hahhaa worst...I wish I could give negative...

Extremely terrible service by the ladies behind the counter. Ther are so rude, won't greet me properly, wont let me check before i sign, don't call me properly with respect and just ruin the whole day. They wear head to toe gold and attire that makes you think they receive under table money. I'm sure they are. Maybe that's why they're so rude, since they so rich, why bother working So unhappy there.

Terrible line, I just called twice, the line connected like officer picked up, but there is no one hearing me, like pick up the phone and let me talk to the air. Are they slacking for work?? terrible. I was told no cash back sunday, so I told them to cancel. Monday they rebate me cash back, but when I try to use my card, it cannot be used....what this is telling?? terrible...AMbank

I received a replacement credit card because my previous on had some problems. The replacement came fast but when I tried to use it at the merchants it was rejected. I tried using it a few times . I called the card centre but they told me to try again and again. As a last resort, I went to one of their branches. The customer service staff could not help me either. She even called the Credit Card Centre and I was asked by the person to key-in my IC number and gave them my telephone number for them to call me. This never happened. I am back to square one. This is the worst treatment I received in my 32 years as their cardmember. Their head of credit card, whoever that is, should call their so called Customer Service number 21788888 and have a taste of what we are experiencing and not sit in their office and enjoy their fat salary. Their bunch of customer service personnel should get jobs as postmen instead. Sending us here and there.
