★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best CIMB branches i have visited. The place is conveniently located, opposite Nu Sentral Mall / KL Sentral Transportation Hub and surrounded by lots of makan places. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the one giving Q number to the counter staff to the Supervisors/Managers. The branch also has plenty of ATM/CDM kiosks. covid SOP is being followed. Worth the visit! Kudos to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very convenience and nearby to got but in terms of parking. There are not much parking and need to park at the paid parking to go to. In terms of customer service still ok. The person who serves me seems like want or not to attend me. A bit not good attitude to service customer. Well that all i had to said.
