Instead of explaining the situation nicely, they acted arrogantly and being so disrespectful towards customers. I understand that their are only doing their job, but they shouldn't be rude to customers. Please do something about it rhb brickfrields!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t apply loan or credit card here even it is for quotation. They gave offer letter but I rejected. They spammed my sms with their promos for 3 years already although I have requested to be removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service very poor. My husband go there at afternoon to get the bank statement for 6 months and its price is RM18. Very expensive!! Bank Islam just free only. Besides, they told my husband to wait which my husband should go again at 4 pm. What?!! You think my husband don't have another job to do?! And when my husband asked can email or not that statement to me, the staff whispered at the back and said they will charge for that. Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read the review comments, I agree with most of them. I just came out from the branch and the guard only allowed 3-4 customers to go in even though the hall is big and can accommodate 8 customers even with social distancing. At the counter only 1 or 2 workers and super slow working pace. And the staff who give out Q number can just bring new customers to cut que. If this is the practice, why bother giving number. Last visit for me!

I went to this branch on last 6th Dec 2021 to update my passport number. Last week, my insurance has to transfer to my acc bank. But got rejection from this RHB bank. So I reach out the RHB customer service, and I got message that I have not updated my passport number and I have to go to update it. WASTING TIME.
