★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read bad reviews about this outlet and yet I went because it was closest to me. I tried to open a saving account to serve my house loan. I was the only customer in the bank but was kept waiting. Once done submitting documents, they were supposed to call me after 3 days. No news after 10 days. I called the bank only to discover nothing was done. Very frustrating and unprofessional staff who doesn’t care to serve their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is below market standard. The only deserve praise is warn welcome by the security guy. The is only 2 customer in it, Two cs office at their desk but busy on their phone. Worst cs ever. Go there only if u want to leave bad review. Or ruin your day.
