โ โ โ โ โ I feel dissatisfied with public bank berhad charging a payment of rm12.00 for every small problem with an atm card. because other banks are not like this. If other banks can help without charging why not the public bank berhad. another comment, front desk here indian women, you do not have to be serious when telling or answering to customers who do not make you angry

โ โ โ โ โ I don understand why replace a atm card the fee need to q up and pay at the counter when u can just deduct directly from the saving account. Replace card takes 5min. Pay the rm12 fee need wait 30min.

โ โ โ โ โ Q-ing outside branch.. Wish to close saving acct since im not actively use, and was charged annual fee rm8 while Interest earned not much.. Consider to close but they required bank book or report lost charged rm20.. ? Before this open for western union purpose.. Now need to try find my bank book..

โ โ โ โ โ Slow customer service. Waited since 9.12 am before bank open. Still waiting after 2 hours. Slow customer service. Only 1 counter open for customer service. Not the first time I have to wait long for this. No changes made to address the issue.

โ โ โ โ โ Useless bank, very bad service. Waited the whole morning in a queue n told to withdrawl money from counter. Couldn't get a new replacement debit after waited in a long queue to get replacement card on the same day.. Was told staffs not working full force. Is that acc.holders problem??? Know at a pandemic time time like this, bank should work fast to facilitate acc.holders problem. NOT LETTING PEOPLE WAITED THE WHOLE MORNING N TOLD TO COME OTHER DAY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE LACK OF STAFFS ??? Bad service bad. Will close account as soon as possble.

โ โ โ โ โ The officers are rude and non communicative. No clear information given as to how long to wait. Customer service counter takes almost few hours before we can get in. They barely make one just wait outside with no clarity. I had to stop her from chasing and ask her for estimated waiting time and how many counters before going to another branch. Extreme poor service. Only 1 counter for customer service. Please guys, go for other branch then waiting here. This branch can shut down leaving behind only ATM counters
