β β β β β Bad experience, waited almost one and half hour for my number and at the end turns out nothing.
Staff spoke impolitely and didn't inform customer about rule change for telegraphic transfer which made me waited there for none.
Apart of that, staff also walked away from her counter, leaving me waited there like a stranger in front of the counter.

β β β β β I am writing today to complain of the very poor service I received from your PBB Jinjang branch on Oct 22, 2021. I was attended by two different hostesses of PBB, (not an Indian lady, I need to be specific here in order to protect her as she is also one of the hostesses) but the other two whose not willing to reveal their names.
I ended my awful experience here after 25 minutes without me having accomplished anything for a termination of saving account in this case. In the end they asked me to go to Kepong branch instead.
I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning waiting for such service to be rendered and I believe this shouldnβt be the way of handling customers. I trust this is not the way PBB wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I have been with you for quite some time and have never encountered such treatment before. Please learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.

β β β β β I went with my mum to make payment and the payment was required to be done over the counter. One of the staff didnβt want to attend and she passed to her colleague. It was around 2pm plus and wasnβt even 3pm at all, the staff refused to assist and she said that this process gonna take long and was acting like she didnβt want to attend as itβs gonna drag her working hours. If you are lazy to work, you are better not to be there. We were in rush to go to the bank, was waiting for our turn, and got treated like sheeesshhh. I shouldnβt rate even 1 star at all to this branch and staff. I couldnβt stand because my mom is a senior citizen and again was treated like sheeessshhh.
