β β β β β On 18/11/2016, went over to change my card, since it can't be used, then their is system down. I've asked how about manual transaction, since I don't have any money for the weekend. Guess what they representative told me, come back tomorrow. Well, I guess they are too stupid to do things manually.

β β β β β Even though the outlet is big enough as it able to set up with 10++ ATMs, however the ATMs break down very often. Sometime it may left ONE ATM is functioning. What's use to have a wide space then?

β β β β β This Public Bank really efficient and fast, staffs is friendly . Although its always crowded and long queqe number but it wont take us long time to wait for our turn to be serve. Thumb up for this branch. The ATM and Cheque Banking machine is more than other banks. Provide also
the EPF payment machine...

β β β β β Very bad service, went there to deposit my coins, the teller asked me where my acc was opened, i said jinjang, she immediately give me her lcly and impatient face and said βwhy would u come here to deposit thisβ, i said because its nearby my workplace, she said :βthen why open acc in jinjang at the first place.β
Very bad attitude and Ms. Counter 13, would u just do ur job and mind ur own business?

This time the hostess is really sincere, polite and gentle (it was a short hair lady, thank you for her service) task done within 10 minutes but still the counter lady was rude.. my card is in perfect condition, she asked to go back and cut the edge of my card myself ?

β β β β β Worst loan department staff i ever encountered. Came here with my mom to do loan settlement for two property. One bossy attitude lady attend us and said we have to give one month notice and also head over to the bank that approved that loan ( IPOH). I went home and called ipoh brunch and they said there's no such sop .. we can just settle it at any brunch.
So she almost dragged us one month for no reason and the attitude like we owe her money.
Really disappointed at public bank , what a terrible experience
