I have queued for more than hours to replace my lost card
I knew there is necessary on setting the priority lane for the specialties, hey,just let them waiting inside la, why cutting our line for the service
So more, i just a student without any income,i dk why the staff still advertised me his investment plan, very annoying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I was using Public Bank Ipoh, everything was good. Now I moved to Kampar, everything here is Iousy. The workers of this bank have no good knowledge, giving bad suggestions, giving wrong information etc... Such as : Do you have any ATM card that charges 0 annual fee? The worker said : There is no such thing. (I discovered there is such a thing called Public Bank Basic account which charge 0 annual fee for the ATM card) You can't expect to get any good help from this branch workers, they need to get more knowledge. I have no idea why they are bad at knowledge compared to the workers on PB Ipoh. I am just giving 1 example here. They gave me tons of wrong information/ bad advices/ bad attitudes of services etc such as asking me to go to the building to give them some documents while I haven't even got the 2nd doses of vaccine. They expected everyone had already got their 2nd vaccine already they didn't even ask, talking with a bad tone, laughing at customers ( this is the worst thing I experienced in 2021, NO ONE ever laughs at customers dude!!! You can't simply say 'HaHa' while dealing with customers' problems! ) etc... I don't want to mention all the cases in details. Train your worker better at knowledge/service/EQ etc PB Kampar! SPM graduated students shouldn't be that bad, some more they want to persuade me to buy investment plan from PB Kampar, do you think I will buy investment plan from PB with such bad services? No chance.
