★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luckily I give you 2 stars instead of 1 or nothing. I made a phone call to arrange for my appointment to open up my daughter's account with this bank. Informations given was solid and clear but the way the staff ended up my call was considered intolerable and rude. I was not sure if this was done accidently or purposely. If this was done purposely I was so sad to have this kind of people to entertain me. I knew that my last question was not related to the matter which made me called the bank but please say polite word before terminating it. E.g. " Maaf Encik, saya ada urusan segera sekarang ni, ada apa-apa lagi yang boleh saya bantu? or " Setakat ini sahaja Encik ye, saya ada pelanggan sekarang ni". I would be soooo happy receiving this kind of words rather than saying something which was not clear and suddenly cut the line as if I didn't have any feelings. It was a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was so slow like a snail....inclusive of line up outside the bank until waiting my queue number to be called, it has been more than 1¾ hours. Not inclusive of processing time of my daughter's opening of new account with the bank. I may have to extend my patient may be for another ½ or 1 hour..
