★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs here are taking their own sweet time and not responsive enough to attend to customers’ requests. Long queue and staffs are not motivated to speed up their efficiency. Made us waited 2 hours to close account. The branch should retrain their staffs or HQ should relook at their customer service level at this main branch. Get some mystery shopper to gauge the standard of your service level. Sad to see PBB service level at this low level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry that I'm not qualify to enter this public bank brunch #PublicBankBukitCina . Double confirm before enter weather it took long period of time before me. Yet they informed that wasn't, just another two number to my turn. ( Coz I'm in rush, my cash was stuck at the deposit mechine, and my grandpa 93 years old and my baby 4 months old was waiting in the car )
Errr, but I'm wandering what is the purpose of taking number for, since they keep on cut the que? The most unrespectable culture of this bank.
This wasn't my first time to experience this kind of culture in this public bank. Is too upsad to me. Tq for the experience, my last time to step in this brunch.
