Layanan sangat tidak memuaskan..beratur panjang dan terpaksa menunggu lama..kaunter hanya ada 1 yang buka..layanan tidak mesra pelanggan..

The service is very unsatisfactory..long queues and had to wait a long time..there is only 1 counter open..the service is not customer friendly ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purposely ambil cuti pun tak sempat berurusan. Beratur panjang. Kaunter bukak 1, perkerja slow.
Purposely taking leave did not even have time to deal. Long queue. Counter open 1, slow workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed! Mom are almost 70,but she been told to queue along the long row. Come on, all banks policies are : served old people (warga emas) 1st,their priority, but here they DON'T... Lucky i came with her, and queue on behalf on her.. But how about if there is old people came alone??? So unpleasant!!!
