β β β β β Most of the ladies customer service not friendly, always no smiles , show long face except the Indian ladies staff which is more friendly hope the branch managers improve this area.

β β β β β Today i queued 15mins to increase my daily transfer limit and when my turn arrived, the lady executive snubbed me & asked me to go to their website to do it on my own.. lousy service.

β β β β β The customers line up outside the bank for customer services. The line moves at almost 20 mins per customer. Suddenly an officer comes out, and ask the last person in line on what he wanted, and just lets him in. The rest of us were lined up, unattended. Perhaps they never had intention to do any customer services at all?
Edit... The wait was more than 30 mins per customer. I just counted with my parking payment update.
Further updates: those going for transactions were given priority to go in, in a separate line. Then those with enquiries needing help from customer services were to keep waiting, maybe with the hope that the problems will go away, no need to wait???

β β β β β Lousy service, I call in the morning to ask about open new bank account, she said can walk in to open, then during lunch time, I walk in with the letter, then they said must have original letter, then I come back after half an hour, then tell me this branch can't open new account, must go relau one. Joke of the year with this 'professional' service, well done.

The Chinese speaking guy who received my phone call in Bayan baru public bank shouted at me when I told him I would like to confirm if my payment for 2 housing loans was paid or not. He shouted and said "who who say u can check this thru the phone, giv me her name."
You shudnt shout to customer like this if you are sick please take your sick leave and rest at home. I will never loan with this stupid bank next time. Lousy service!
