 Crazy enough to stand in line outside for hours just to get an ATM card. Crazy? Are people not people? Wouldn't it be hot or heatstroke? It's really bad enough, it's not worth a star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very poor and dissapointing service by Public Bank in Pusing. A bank staff don't even know where to direct the customers who had been waiting for so long outside the bank. In fact, someone who came much later were attended first. Does Public Bank has an issue in serving certain class of people or race? You need to train your staff mentally. Remember as a customer we also have duties and responsibilities.
