β β β β β Need help for customer service public bank,but the Malay lady staff say try yourself until succeed,Cuba sendiri sampai boleh.
Then why need customer service if customer know how is the way to solve some online banking problem themselves?
But fortunately solved the problem because of a Chinese young guy staff who is helpful and very responsibly, he willing to giving help and assist and answer all of our problem at last.

β β β β β I walked-in at 3.15pm for customer service. Waited for an hour and the number only moved for 5 customers. There is another counter of customer service but the staff doesn't seem to cater for customer service. Why would he be on customer service then? Banks should be aware that customer service counters are most wanted. They should have placed more staffs there. A lot of other customers are being pushed in and out from Counter 2 and to the customer service counter. If this keeps going on, when will the customers with customer service numbers will be served?!
