★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to get number ticket to replace my lost debit card today..the male staff ask me to sit and wait for his call as infront have few customer doing it.i sit and wait 1hour until no people sit around me and go to the customer service counter ask，they tell me i have to get ticket number only can do.then i look for the male staff he was busy inside in the counter and then he gave me this last number today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.Queue for 2+ hours outside the bank and took another half hour to complete transaction so total 3 hours wasted!! They gave many excuses that caused long q.Pls do not open if not enough staff working .by the way I saw only less than 5 customers inside at each time. Went to other banks and extremely fast.pls learn from others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, infront me only have 5 person, i still wait for 90minutes, when until me, the person is really really bad service, when i tell him what i need to do, he like i make the trouble for him, and like all is my false!!!! I take my time come from Singapore then this they do for me!!!!!!!!!! I really disappointed for this outlet, this the first time i meet it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never come this outlet again!!!!!!!!! Is better i go to another far outlet!!!!!!!!!!!!
