โ โ โ โ โ Customer service counter is extremely slow. Only managed to serve 3 customers (3021 to 3023) after 1 hour of waiting. Please allocate more staff for the customer service counter or handle everything over the normal counters.

Waiting for 1 hours still not in my queue.
Cant even ask a staff, specially the customer services line!!!!
Slow like hell, only served 2 case also not able to handle.
Should terminate this outlet.
Totally wasting ur time to go.

โ โ โ โ โ the costumer service counter guy staff very rude. why you need to talk with customer with rude tone? i was just making enquiry, but the way he responded was very rude and inpatient, our mood was ruined because of him, i rather go some other bank than go here.

โ โ โ โ โ Waited 2 hours still not my turn to change my debit card. Only one customer service working, and she serve the VIP customer for 1 hour. When I ask if my card stated Nov expired, can I still use the card on Nov. They ans me dunno. What a service!!!
