★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish not to give any star. Harini dah kali ketiga appointment canceled and rescheduled. Tadi gi sepatutnya slot appointment 12.10 tgh hari, sapa sano penuh ore dok beratur. Oyak tunggu dari pkl 11 lagi. Then, PIC inform suruh mari pkl 3 or pkl 4 before 5pm. So, whats the point buat appointment. Ni kali ketiga keno dismiss bodo gini. Alasan harini sebab staff tok cukup masih bercuti CNY. Kalu tahu tok cukup ore notify la. Bila customer gi lewat or luar waktu appointment keno reschedule tokleh ambek. Pahtu resched pulok plg awal 3 hari. In my case seminggu. Lousy customer service.
I wish not to give any star. Today is the third time the appointment has been canceled and rescheduled. Earlier, the appointment slot was supposed to be at 12.10 noon, who is full of people waiting in line. Oyak wait from 11 o'clock again. Then, PIC informs us to come at 3 or 4 before 5pm. So, whats the point for an appointment. This is the third time I have dismissed this guy. The reason today is because the staff is still quite CNY vacation. If you know, it is not enough to notify. If the customer is late or outside of the appointment time to reschedule the angry tokleh. Pahtu resched pulok plg early 3 days. In my case a week. Lousy customer service.
