★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My autogate starting giving problems towards late last year and early this year it suddenly stopped working. This gate was installed by The One Control about 6 years ago. Nevertheless, one call to Mr Fong and he offered his assistance without hesitation even though it was way past the warranty period. Am very grateful to Mr Fong for his assistance for giving some life to the autogate eventhough it was not for long.
Then early this month, the autogate finally stopped working for good. I contacted Mr Fong who firstly suggested to change the PC Board or perhaps even the Signal Receiver. He however brought to my attention the pros and cons of the cost of changing these two items as opposed to changing a new autogate. After weighing my options, I decided to totally change to a new autogate as advised by Mr Fong.
I opted for the German Technology Energy Brand High Range model which comes with a 5 year warranty as it is made of heavy duty material including Solid Copper Gears. It also has a High Speed Motor and locking system with a bypass key. According to Mr Fong it has a 5x longer life span lasting more than 10 years. All these for a reasonable price of RM2,000+ is money’s worth. Over and above, all these comes with the realiable after sales support of Mr Fong and his team.
To anyone who’s looking for a one stop autogate sales & service center, I would defintely recommend Mr Fong & his autogate team from The One Control

I came to know of Mr Fong through a quick google search, and contacted him about the problem i have with my existing autogate (even when it wasnt installed by him) He answered very promptly, and even suggested ways to DIY a solution for the time being. That lasted me 6 months.
When the problem became unfixable, i turned to Mr Fong again, and he sent a team the very next day to replace the motor. Highly recommended.
Overall, Mr Fong goes above and beyond when it comes to serving his existing and prospective customers.

I also came to know about Mr Fong through a quick google search, and contacted him with regards to my previously installed autogate from another vendor. He answered very promptly and suggested to replace the failed actuator and check the system entirely. The previous autogate was 6 years old anyway.
But I have already decided to replace it with a new system. So I requested Mr Fong to present me options for replacement but can only replace it 6 days later due to no slot and no manpower.
Later in the evening he called back saying that he managed to slot the replacement the next day.
The team came over on Sunday and replace entire system within two and a half hour. Splendid, awesome. Happy that its fixed.
Overall, Mr Fong goes above and beyond when it comes to serving his existing and prospective customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messaged them on WhatsApp and Mr Fong answered. I shared videos of the issue of my auto gate and he was able to immediately diagnose the issue. After sharing with me the solution, I was happy with the quote and arrange for a date for the technician to come and fix. Overall, the service and response was very good. Highly recommended and am so glad that I don't have to worry about my auto-gate being faulty!
