★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He charges exorbitant for water proofing, although he is good in detecting water leakage but he isn't a plumber, can do repair works, still need to call a plumber to rectify the water leak. He did a SHABBY JOB painting my condo walls, without taping the sides to prevent paint overspill to next wall. No conscience to even paint dual coat for me, paint brush strokes above old paint & cracks still visible in eight of ten walls he painted. Lousy man. Unresponsive when I asked him to come back to make good the paint, coz I was down with cancer for almost a year after he did painting for me I couldn't inspect properly. Such works will only emerge after paint is dried and settled. I was out of the house by then, living under care.
