★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tahu nak gambarkan mcm mana layanan sesetengah staff di klinik kesihatan pulau indah ni. Tak mesra dan tak membantu. Mak saya wakilkan saya utk ambilkan ubat bagi pihak dia. Sebelum ni staff klinik kata org lain boleh ambilkan ubat tanpa perlu isi borang dan tanpa perlu tunjuk surat ubat sbb smuanya ada dalam rekod. Pagi ni, selepas saya sampai je terus pergi ke kaunter farmasi. Dgn respon yg agak dingin, mereka berkeras tak membenarkan saya ambil ubat. Sebaliknya jika ingin mengambil ubat perlu ada surat ubat serta perlu isi borang. Mcm mana prosedur klinik ni sebenarnya? Tak ada standard yg betul2 jelas? Staff ada yg memandai2 bagi arahan yg berbeza dari staff yg lain. Mak saya ckup kecewa dgn layanan staff berkenaan. Tolong perbaiki!
I don't know how to describe the treatment of some staff at this beautiful island health clinic. Unfriendly and unhelpful. My mother represented me to get the medicine for her. Prior to this, the clinic staff said other people could take the medicine without having to fill in the form and without having to show the medicine letter as everything is in the record. This morning, after I arrived, I went straight to the pharmacy counter. With a rather cold response, they insisted on not allowing me to take medicine. On the other hand, if you want to take medicine, you need to have a medicine letter and fill in the form. What is the actual procedure of this clinic? Isn't there a really clear standard? Some staff ask for instructions that are different from other staff. My mother was quite disappointed with the staff service. Please fix it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Kesihatan Pulau Indah ni tiada adab, tak boleh ka staff klinik kesihatan ni layan orang bagus sikit, kamu tu makan gaji juga jangan nak berlagak la, aku pernah complain ke KKM Selangor pasal klinik ni, tak tahu ada ambil tindakan ka tidak, teruk betul klinik ni, tiada adab!
Pulau Indah Health Clinic has no manners, you can't treat the staff of this health clinic with nice people, you have a salary and don't want to pretend, I once complained to the Selangor Ministry of Health about this clinic, I don't know if anyone will take action, it's really bad This clinic, no manners!
