But the canteen was very bad. Service and they food not good at all. Very expensive. Not clean at all even not much ppl come to canteen. How they do this kinds business.

The nurses are th registration and at the entry of the klinik on 17/02/2022 were so damn rude!
Stark contrast to my experience in KK Luyang (in kota kinabalu) where i had completed my entire pre natal check up- they were all that a pregnant person could ask for. Makes me wish i never moved back to Semenanjung ?

β β β β β Pick up your phone pls. Check your lines. We have been calling since morning. There's a tone but nobody pick up. Pls.. Emergency. If its not significant, we will not be calling you. We will already be there cause thats the fastest way to get you. Get your whatever system fixed! YB KJ, something need to be improved here in this pandemic/endemic era.

β β β β β Bad services at registration counter. People in charge think they are above everyone. Never respect the patient regardless of age group especially the mid aged Indian lady so rude when handling the registration. Some doctors are so rude too. Everything need to overhaul from bottom to top. Need to improve a lot.

β β β β β It will do this clinic's staffs a lot of injustice if they are not given 5 star ratings. 1stly the front counter staffs were friendly and warm, things and patients were handled very systematically and orderly. The doctors despite huge crowds are quite thorough and not rude. Dont expect all smiles when they are swamped with so many pending pts laa. Anyway, bravo KK Botanic. Hope u all continue to maintain ur good service.
