A truly amazing experience..

This is my 3rd time back, since my first trip in 2009 and again in 2011. I stayed in Garden Villa in my previous trips. This time around, I stayed in Beach Villa. LOVED Emerald Bay, the beach and lunch / dinner / drinks from morning until sunset. Mosquitoes Alert...!! The jungle tracking was fun. The guide is knowledgeable and a funny guy, cracking jokes away. One piece of advice..... He should talk much louder, as those behind in the group of 28 pax can't hardly hear him. Many of us were jostling away, in a nice, friendly & touristy way, to get to the front to hear his interesting facts sharing and fabulous jokes. The Sea & Spa Villa tv joke of Man U vs Liverpool is a LAUGH and yet factual....!!! Accomodation wise...... it was very serene and peaceful until a new neighbour moved in with kids, a day before I left. One of the kids was crying, stomping away and screaming the whole day and night until 2am. Just ridiculous. The kid was also screaming away, on my way out to breakfast at Feast Village. When I came back from breakfast, the screaming loudspeaker kid was still on full blast. When I checked out, the energiser was still going strong. The staff should had done something about it. I am also a paying guest. Either you move Dennis the Loudspeaker Menace away or I get a another place. Since I am leaving the next day, I didn't want to make a fuss and let it slide. The staff turning a blind eye, or ear in this case, is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. I don't care if your other villas are full for the week. For god's sake... I am also a paying guest. Guess my foreign denominated credit card was not good enough. This 3rd trip..... Wish I could have stayed longer. I left with a sad smile and the unwarranted extra part of my ears being screamed away to deafness.

Best place to relax for a short break from the city of Kuala Lumpur. Just 3 hours ++ and you will arrive at this heaven on earth. Greeted with warm welcome and smiles from all of the staff. Checked in was done on mainland Lumut office. Arrived and greeted with brief explanation on the island resort. Hill villa was so near to the jungle and the sea view was breath taking, overlooking Pangkor Island. Must visit on the island was emerald bay which was very clean, on another side of the island. Also to try is the daily jungle walk with explanation on the flora and fauna on the island. Please bear in mind this resort are not suitable for children. Limited activities for them. Will definitely come again and recommend to others.

absolutely beautiful and relaxing place... just a few hours drive out of KL. Secluded and exclusive. Small island though with just one great resort and two main beaches on either side of the island. Great for long weekend soaking up the sun :-)

Natural, nice place, profecional Staff, Fresh well cook food, special taste of food, Fresh fruit.. clean and clear water.........

It's very chillimg and relaxing. Back to nature with a lot of flying fox and hornbill.

I have get a best experience and i am lucky enough. we must check the 'weather' before we go to the Pulau Pangkor. Best place to hangout with family and friends. ?? Excellent honeymoon spot. ? You feel free in the low crowded beach. The sea foods there are just like haven.. If the weather is perfect you get beautiful scuba diving and snorkeling with great natural feel.I am a nature lover so the tour i had is really fulfilled my soul needs.❤
