★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been a guest of Pangkor Laut Resort for quite some years and this is our first time staying in The Estate. Needless to say the whole experience is way beyond our expectation. In the beginning we had a hard time contacting The Estate Manager but later on everything was solved when we were reached by Mr Aw. Due to MCO the trip was postponed for multiple times but Mr Aw and Peter Wong have provided great assistance. Thumbs up to both of them, especially Peter as he helped me to amend the arrival date from Christmas 2021 to CNY 2022 due to my emergency trip to London and this was communicated and completed on a late night just few days before our initial arrival date during Christmas. Upon arrival we were greeted by Magen who showed us around. The Estate 7 is amazing, spacious and serene. Our personal butler, Prithiya is incredibly patient , listening and fast-responsive whereas the private chef cooked some very delicious Malaysian foods, BBQ and breakfasts. Cleaners spend great effort to make sure the whole place is clean and tidy. The only drawbacks will probably be the slightly run-down facilities in The Estate and the wood bedframe which makes it difficult for us to climb to the bed (especially my father who has Parkinson disease, ended up sleeping at the daybed next to the window). I would also like to express my gratitude to Yi Kuan who assisted me on Spa Bookings, and would like to recommend Nila from Spa Village Pangkor Laut Resort who performed a very on-point massage. Overall it is an enjoyable time in The Estate and we would love to come back again next time.
