β β β β β I bought my mattress at Pullman home Gallery about 6 mths ago, which is still in good condition. Most of the home gallery are selling the same product, but what make I get it from Pullman is the service. Look for Vincent, if u are there.

β β β β β VERY BAD purchase experience, no after sales service. Before purchase, everything come with warranty and all sort of guarantees on furnitures are of excellent condition. I was buying solid wood tv set, but sent melamine wood set. UPSET. Once paid, furniture received are not satisfaction, the staff & Mr.Lee said will replace but have to wait a month for production. TWO months gone and now, nobody is picking up call. BAD SERVICE, NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Bought a set of furniture from Pullman (although it is sell from kenzo, but Iβm dealing with Pullman all the time). When its delivered, wrong sofa size, left out dining table bench, pillow not given.
Report to them and promise will delivered everything again after 2-3weeks.
But until now, 2 months++ already and get nothing. Whatsapp message been ignore all the time. Call also no answering. Is this the plan to ignore until customer give up???? Is this the way youβre doing business???
Please be responsive to customer! If not, just close down your business !!!!!!???????

β β β β β Got a sofa and bedframe from Mr. Lee SS2. Awesome build quality and finishing. Really like the pull out feature on the sofa because the L doesn't really fit the small living room. Great job!
