Janice was the sales who attended me and she was very patient to find the best solution for my need and requirement. Also she’s so helpful to accommodate my special delivery arrangement as well.
Loimin and Edy the driver were super polite and helpful too. They were punctual for the logistics arrangement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service ok. Has range of brands to choose from. Good location that I bought two mattress from this shop during sale, cash and carry.
But recently I could not find the shop/ warehouse as there is a construction.
Update 17/6/18 : found it just right beside the Big pharmacy opposite its old location. Now it has been taken over by another company, hence price shoot up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking in MFO recently for the first time and was greeted with a warm welcome by a senior salesperson, Mr. Kelvin Wong, makes my shopping a great pleasure and since, had several visits at his outlet. Unsure of my preference, Kelvin who attended me, was very informative, patiently explained the differences of a wide range of hybrid mattress and bed in his outlet, where the pocket springs are more supportive and comfortable to the body than traditional spring mattress.
Kelvin genuinely cares to listen and understand what his customer really want and helped find not only a value buy mattress but gave me optional material of my choice for the bedframe and divan. Throughout our dealings, he wasn’t pushy and he cleared my doubts in spite of my long list of queries about how the actual production might turns out and so forth, which he proved all things goes beautifully well and delivered as scheduled.
His arrangement for delivery was awesome, learning about my urgency, he secured an earlier date than expected and coordinates well with friendly drivers’ who would alert you the arrival time on the day of delivery and the installation was neatly done.
The entire process was pleasant and relatively painless. I was convinced by the way he conduct business, he ensure his customer is comfortable and satisfied with what they paid for, he was consistent and reliable, wrote down his promises to clear your doubts or worries and delivered exactly as promised.
I would say, one of the best customer service I ever experienced. Rest assured of his after sales service too, he is always pleased to answer your call. I highly recommend Kelvin at MFO! Much appreciation and thanks to Kelvin for his excellent service and his delivery team!
