โ โ โ โ โ I really like the hotel. It feels like hidden hotel in the city. The room is so big with design that so pretty and luxury. The parking area to the hotel a bit far, but there are buggy waiting for passenger. The price affordable when got discount.

โ โ โ โ โ OK because I didnโt pay for this room, checked in on behalf of someone because they couldnโt make it and doesnโt want the room to go to waste (room already fully paid). The room doesnโt even fit to be in 5 star hotel category. 2-3 star, maybe. Iโve stayed at room 117 and the condition is bad. You can notice the dust and dirt with plain eyesight. Stay somewhere else if you can.

โ โ โ โ โ Booked 3 rooms for 1 night. Very disappointed on the hotel management on the check-in preparation..need to wait almost at 5pm to check-in and no compensation given to us..at least other hotel will give you complimentary on drinks etc.The room cleanliness is really against to a 5 star hotel and bed sheet require replacement. On the swimming pool side is poorly maintained but the pool is big for family. You can feel a salty taste water that could be caused by rusty grating covered by pebble stone.

โ โ โ โ โ We stayed here early Dec 2021 and i am still confused if this is a so called 5-star hotel. We stayed at deluxe with park view room. The set up was nice but the toilet needed to be upgraded. Sink & shower clogged.. got stain on our pillow & bed sheet. Check in also slow. We are not gonna come back here. Final verdicts- not recommended if 'luxury stay' is what you are looking for.

โ โ โ โ โ I came for an event so can only give a limited review based on what I observed.
The food served was tasty and good. However the wait staff was inadequate. There was no one to refill your water glass.
A trip to the restroom revealed an inadequate attention to cleanliness.
Along the corridors you can observe damaged walls and fittings suggesting a lack of maintenance.
Overall the hotel reflects its age but this should not be an issue if adequate maintenance is performed.

โ โ โ โ โ Avoid this hotel. I have all the photos as evidence. It is a disgrace to hotel rating agency to maintain it as 5 stars. It is no star at all. Filthy conditions. Many bad reviews from guest but no improvement . Mold/fungi black color grow inside refrigerator, shower tile wall, aircond duct. Dust on the desk and under bed. Even found used face mask under the bed. For me it is a health hazard rather than a hotel. Room 313 to be exact during my stay

โ โ โ โ โ The room is really great & spacious. A bit outdated, but not a problem for me. The toilet is spacious too, and have both bathtub & shower. One thing I don't like is the pillows, too soft, like sleeping on cotton candy.
The parking space is a bit of a walk, but there's a shuttle service, although it isn't always there when I need it.
They do have a pool, but you need to reserve or tell to the front desk to use.
There's also a park really nearby, so you can go for a walk or a jog.
Overall, pretty great, would probably come again & try their breakfast next time.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel is located on a high hill in Putrajaya cause we can see the building from far. The guest parking is within walking distance between the hotel and parking. Rest assured, there is a buggy car going back and forth from the hotel entrance to the parking every 5-10minutes. The front desk lady was really nice and the check-in process was smooth. As my room is not ready, she guided us to the waiting area with the welcome drink. The room was spacious with a balcony. One of the light bulbs was spoiled and the room was super dark even though we have turned on all the lights in the room. The bathroom is the brightest. You can open the curtain for the lights on the day and their wardrobe is so huge! Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel.
