★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat paling jem nak keluar pagi2. Dari bawah flyover ktm ukm sampai la speedmart. Paling teruk bila sekolah buka. Jem sampai dpn BBB tomyam. Hambik. Jln keluar masuk main road satu je. Kalau ikut sungai tangkas pun sama je jugak. Sejak2 developer buat rumah dlm ni lagi la teruk. Ni dah tambah lg unit tgk la kedepan nnt mcm mana.
The most crowded place to go out in the morning. From under the flyover ktm ukm to la speedmart. Worst when school is open. Jem until dpn BBB tomyam. Hambik. Jln keluar masuk main road satu je. If you follow the agile river, it's the same. Since the developers built the house in here, it's worse. This has added another unit, no matter where it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antara orang yang terawal duduk sini 2019. VP bulan 9, dpt kunci bln 10. Bulan 11 dah masuk. Masa tu x ramai lagi. Hampir 3 tahun dah. Alhamdulillah..jiran² yg best. Everage young family. Banyk aktiviti duduk sini. Badminton, basikal, futsal, running. Jiran² pun kenal anak² masing². So x risau sgt. For info trek PH (1 pusingan PH) 450m. So, nk joging senang, ade loop.
Tp maaf, no homestay ye sini. Kami majoriti penduduk memang menolak sekeras-kerasnya.
Yg kata jem, ade 1 jalan je tu, mesti x pernah teroka kawasan sungai tangkas ni. Lagipun tu under majlis. Ape daaa..

Tp sorry, no homestay here. We the majority of the population are indeed pushing hard.
Yg kata jem, ade 1 jalan je tu, must x have explored this agile river area. Moreover tu under ceremony. Ape daaa ..
