★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good initiative from Public Work Department to develop their own excellence and research center.
Thus, this center could increase their staff competency with proper training plan, conduct research and laboratory study while the intrastructure and high end facility provided at this premise. It will be goverment loss this building not fully utilizes to meet its own objective as excellent and research center.
However, my opinion is this infrastructure is not located at strategic location whereby it very far from capital city Kuala Lumpur. Means governmet need to absorp higher travelling cost for each trip done to this place and less work optimization. Supposed the farthest location shall be In Nilai.
