★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best lah tempat ni. Tempatnya selesa, kemas, dan bersih. Petugas administrasi, para perawat serta dokter pun selamanya mesra melayani pasien. Sambil menunggu giliran dipanggil, pasien bisa rileks di kursi pijat yang tersedia free.
Best is this place. The place is comfortable, packed, and clean. Administrative officers, nurses and doctors are always passionate about serving patients. While waiting for their turn to be called, patients can relax on the massage chairs that are available free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegi pku, nk jumpa doktor dan dental. Nurse yg jaga kaunter ckp nk buat mana dulu. Saya jumpe doktor dulu. Lepas 10 minit nama dipanggil.. Lepas tu tunggu dental pulak, nak dekat 40 minit tunggu...asal nama x panggil2, org lain dtg lambat dpt dulu.. tanye nurse jaga kaunter tu balik.. Dia ckp maybe nama tertindih.. Lepas tu sia2 jer tunggu lama, buang masa... Lepas tu dan2 mintak no metrik, nk daftar semula.. Padahal org x ramai.. Nurse jaga kaunter, buat keje nak tk nak jer..
Well, I see doctor and dental. Nurse who guard the counter ckp nk for the first time. I went to the doctor first. After 10 minutes the name is called .. Then wait dental pulak, want to close 40 minutes wait ... original name x call2, another org is dtg slow first .. tanye nurse keep the counter back .. He ckp maybe the last name .. Release It's time to wait a long time, waste time ... Then and 2 no metrik, nk register again .. Though the org x many .. Nurse keep the counter, make it shocked ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call pku umt sebab nak buat appointment n first staff yang jawab tu lelaki, elok je layanan dia. Tapi lepas staff lelaki tu pass dekat sorang lagi staff n kalini yang perempuan, soalan first dia tanya is “Sape ni?”. Obviously nak jawab apa kan, nak cakap dia kenal kita pun tak. So saya pun bagitahu terus tujuan saya tapi staff tu tanya lagi “sape ni??” n kalini nada dia tinggi. Saya pun bagi tahu nama sebab ingatkan dia nak bahasakan guna nama. Again staff tu cakap “Yelaa tahu la A tapi sape nii??”. Memang annoying sangat, bila cakap saya bukan student UMT baru la kata oo bukan student sini. Lain kali please be straight forward ye akak. Tanya sape ni sape ni, tanya jela “awak student umt ke?” kan senang, takdela 2 3 kali kena tanya. Tu pun nak kena ajar. PKU ni pun orang yang recommend kan n first time baru nak buat appointment terus layanan macam ni. Korang tu healthcare service, customer service pun termasuk sekali la. Maybe untuk student UMT layanan baik tapi untuk orang luar, maybe some yang terkena macam ni cuma dorang tak review. Untuk staff lelaki tadi, you are so nice, semoga dipermudahkan urusan hidup sebab mudahkan urusan orang lain. Untuk akak tu, semoga maju jaya la saya cakap dengan your filthy attitude ?
Call pku umt because I want to make an appointment with the first staff who is responsible for the man, it's good for his service. But after the male staff passed near another female staff, the first question he asked was "Sape ni?". Obviously want to answer what, want to say he knows us or not. So I kept telling him my goal but the staff asked again "sape ni ??" n kalini his tone is high. I also want to know the name because remind him to use the name. Again the staff said "Yelaa know la A but who is this ??". It's really annoying, when he said I'm not a new UMT student, he said yes, I'm not a student here. Next time please be straight forward ye akak. Ask who is this person, ask clearly "are you a student?" I'm happy, I don't have to be asked 2 or 3 times. That also needs to be taught. PKU is also the person who recommends it for the first time to make an appointment to continue this kind of service. We have healthcare service, customer service is also included. Maybe for UMT students the service is good but for outsiders, maybe some who are affected like this just don't review. For the male staff earlier, you are so nice, hopefully life will be made easier because it will make other people's affairs easier. For that akak, I wish you success, I speak with your filthy attitude ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terbaik????????perkhidmatan berkualiti...ubat pun berkualiti...kna follow up check kalau sakit xok...utk student UMT free je...tp klo org luar, dikenakan bayaran skit...tempat selesa...disediakan kerusi urut jgk...free je...so klo rasa lengoh2 badan, boleh la guna kerusi berurut utk urut badan...??????????tq UMT❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service quite good and they also provide letter for me to prove that I couldn't participate in the swimming competition in UMT due to dengue fever, several months ago. They did a really good job! They provided blood test even when it is not a working day to test my platelets as a dengue patient (friday and saturday). I like their service! Thumbs up!
