★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can give 0 star i would... I came here for the collection of VEP by booking an appointment online. Dont bother to come early as they will only open shop after the booking timing, late as always. We came 30min before 2pm the opening timing and was asked to wait. After 2pm they slowly make their way to check the details. Took nearly an hour to clear and install the VEP even though i am the first customer. Really have no idea how slow they can get. Avoid here at all cost if u want to collect ur VEP.
