★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont see the staff is professional. Especially the receptionist. Rude attitude. I was trying to get the dean list (NAMED IN A B C D). At the first time, i only able to get 2 (A & B) and i told them there should be 4 (A, B, C, D) but no one bother about that. After conversation, they started to looked for it, they took all the cert found (A& B) with them to the office to find the remaining (C & D).At last when they found the remaining one (C & D), they did not hand over the previously founded cert A& B so i asked them about that and mentioned that A & B was missing and you took it inside just now. At last A & B cert was found on the table they( just put them on the table without notifying me ) and they shout on me on that. if i really recall wrongly and you did not took it in, i apologize for that but no matter how, my intention is just to ask clearly and make sure there arent anything left you cn talk to me gentlly but not shouting towards me in the public. I always feel its an honour to be a part of the school but the receptionist reaction and the way the receptionist handle makes me feel ashame. To top up, next time please make sure others cnt hear you before you gossip others. University is a place to give birth educated professionals, but from the receptionist i cnt see both of this elements
