★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought some furniture items here a few times already mostly because it has good variety, you can (and should!) haggle the price, and it's within the area I stay at. Today I bought a folding mattress and a (adult-size) bean bag that were originally priced at RM299 each, haggled and paid RM530 instead of RM598. Maybe I should have haggled harder lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy from this shop, One Sejati, or any other shops owned by IOWA Furniture Sdn Bhd. They told me the bedset I wanted was in stock, took my deposit to book the stock, then waited 1 month until it was the delivery date to tell me they had no stock. Even tried to delay by shifting the delivery date around. This is lying to the customer by promising stock, taking payment, and then saying there is no stock.
Maria served me and it was a terrible experience. Quality of the furniture is only so-so.
Only redeeming quality is their manager, Tan managed to guarantee a stock to be delivered 1 week after I contacted him.
