The current location at 8 Jalan TU 50 is well located. It looks much better and can provide a better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RESPONSIVE, parcel reached never call or drop any message to the receiver. We need to keep finding the parcel by own. Tracking only shown it’s at Melaka Pos Laju Center, but in the end turns out to drop at a rural area Pos Laju. Called multiple times to the pickup center and NOBODY PICK UP!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT’S USE WITH THE PHONE THERE!!!
I have two parcels send using Pos Laju. One being send back to the sender without notify me! Another one currently at the rural pickup center which is 30MINS from town area! I’ve been running here and there to get my parcels! Please tell me is the POS LAJU really LAJU??!! Yes you guys lari laju without really handling the parcel to the receiver. Never use Pos Laju anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE MOST USELESS SERVICE, NEVER REPLY THE EMAILS BUT JUST GAVE TICKETS BY ROBOT, NEVER CALL RECIPIENT, KNOW ONLY GAVE SLIPS TO CUSTOMERS TO COLLECT THEIR ITEMS. BETTER CLOSE DOWN THAN DOING THE LOUSY JOB.
