β β β β β Went to pick up my item because i wont be home later in the afternoon. Online tracking said it arrived at the outlet early in the morning. Staff was very helpful, picked up my stuff very quickly

β β β β β The staff here is friendly and helpful. These 4 stars are for the friendly staff, and not DHL.
I saw my shipment status show "arrived at facility". However, I found out that it's actually not. You should wait for a sms which said someone (with his mobile number) will deliver your item. Then, you can call that number for further arrangement.
DHL, please improve your system to reflect actual status. A lot of customers wasted their time driving to that facility and found out the actual shipment status.
