Went to another shop before coming here. Heng Long quoted good price on tyres, serviced quickly. Other shop tried to sneak in "extras" but this shop very honest. Highly recommend.

The only workshop I trust in Singapore and JB. Went to many workshops and tested their Mech and this is the only one that don't anyhow change and charge. Very rare to have such reliable shops around anymore. I am in no affiliation with them.

Excellent recommendation of Michelin tyres by the staff. Also did my servicing at the same time, excellent and friendly service. My ride 10 year old ride feels like new after their service. Thumbs up! Will surely go back to them for service even thought I’m staying in Singapore.

I goggled for more info of car workshops around jb area, before going in jb on the 7dec2019.. I did my car servicing, changed all 4 tyres of my car and bla... Pricing is reasonable. Service is good! Mechanic is helpful and very friendly! They don't try and upsell or hardsell you! Look for heng or Eric! Updated on 30/5/2022 I came to this workshop again on 27/5/2022. During the covid-lockdown period, I didn't have a choice so I went to local workshop with reviews that are not too bad ( along jurong east ) and not familiar to me. I sent in my car for normal servicing but i was informed that I need to change my car driveshaft. And I was quoted a four figure quotation. The reason being I still need to change my absorber, tyres / labour charges too and bla .. I found it really ridiculous. Bcuz I was driving my car around really fine before I send in for servicing. And the pricing that the workshop quote is really steep too. Honestly felt that the workshop is just trying to maximize whatever earnings they could get from me, regardless of whether there is a need or not. So I rejected their quote and collected my car back. I contacted Eric from Pusat tayar Heng Long on 25/5/22. Told him that my car seems to be having some problem, I needed a check, and whether there is any available slot soon. Eric is always friendly and polite. He told me that I could come over on 27/5/22(Fri) bcuz Thurs they are closed. I am so thankful that I came back to Pusat Tayar Heng long. Eric test drive my car for me, and yes, he told me that I needed to change my driveshaft. But that was that. No other upsell or hardsell or extras. He drove my car back to the workshop, lifted my car and showed me exactly what was the problem and such. My tyres are fine, absorber is ok. What he did is only to rotate my front and back tyres and did wheel alignment for me too. Pricing wise is really reasonable too! I did check out around online. It's really very hard to find honest and professional mechanics. I highly recommend to bring your cars over. Location is convinient too! If from Singapore, you just drive in from tuas link. There are nearby hotels/massages/eateriet too. So u can wait while your car is doing some repairs or servicing. Look for Eric or Heng ( the boss I think ) ! Really recommended !
