★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff! Came from KL as all the Puspakom centers in KL were fully booked. The engine number on my car was hard to reach and visually inspect. The team here took the initiative to dismantle some covers in the engine bay just to make sure the engine number was captured and I could pass the B5 inspection. It took them 2 full hours in total and even cleaned the engine covers before putting it back on.
Top notch service! Never had such great experience in any of the Puspakom centers in Klang Valley before. The team here takes their work seriously and is really passionate about creating good customer service experience. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite an ok experience. The staffs were super friendly. Very helpful. As a first timer, the steps to get my car checked is kind of confusing. Maybe they should put a proper guide on which way to take the car, etc. The waiting area is also not very friendly. But i dont have to wait long because the inspection was done in a flash. About 30mins and i have got the result of my inspection. They also use their computer system wisely so you dont have to bring any hardcopy except for the documents stated. And the result was emailed right at the moment bcs they also dont provide harcopy. And the info was linked straight to jpj so you can just go to jpj right after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAKE SURE YOU COME EARLY THAN YOUR APPOINTMENT. No specific parking outside. FOR ANY INSPECTION, MAKE SURR YOUR CAR IS STANDARD like the first time you get from dealer if you dont want to come again and redo the procedure
