I drive taxi on the 11Mei 2021 I went to check taxi meter but before that we have booked appointments and i pay RM50 theu online to puspakom upon check meter they ask me to pay cash and i pay cash.i told puspakom staff i I already pay they say it's your problem how claim my RM50

Very well organised with very pleasant people. We had to remove the tinted film from front windows as it was deemed illegal When it was fitted we asked for legal foil to be fitted. Apparently it wasn't Apart from that no issues

I have never written any google review but I think it's worth to have a shot here, unfortunately it is a bad one. No wonder low rating it is after reading the reviews here. I should have read the reviews and prepared myself before attending this inspection. I had very bad experience with Puspakom inspection for my very first time. :( 1. Although the appointment was booked online but I was still required to queue in walk-in lane. Puspakom claimed that online booking saves you time and hustle. It's not true as what I had encountered. Be prepared, guys. 2. My inspection was for e-hailing. One of the requirements for this inspection is to have a fire extinguisher in the car. So, I bought a fire extinguisher and put it under the driver's seat upon advice from the fire-extinguisher salesperson. However, the inspector did not find it during his inspection, so he failed the car inspection. Later on, the officer told me that fire extinguisher should be brought out next to the driver's seat so that the inspector could see it. So guys, next time if you happen to have similar case like doing e-hailing car inspection, PLEASE BRING OUT ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT. 3. The inspection was failed straight away without checking properly or asking the car owner to confirm the required equipment, hence, causing an unnecessary dispute over the inspection result. So, I got no choice to pay AGAIN for re-inspection! The re-inspection fee was a portion amount of the first inspection fee. The point here was not about the cost of the inspection but the responsibility and work ethics of the staffs, whereby they did not admit their mistakes during the inspection. The compensation like refund (forget about it) or a simple apology was totally out of the picture. Disappointed,. A lot of precious time was wasted here. :(

Many cars in a too narrow alley waiting to be inspected. The staff were the slowest.

This place very Good including staff, I hope management can training/inform to the inspection team after inspected the automatic car... 1st pull up the hand break, 2nd release the foot break, last push the automatic button to the ?(because of the floor slope at the shop front), if never do that the auto transmission easy breakdown, thanks so much.
