★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible stay. Full of tobacco smell upon entering the hotel entrance. Also suffocated with tobacco smell upon entering the room. My lungs were polluted for one whole night and i had no choice but to check out the next day after attending my course. Avoid staying at this place if you want your lungs to be healthy. Poorly equipped room with very old furnitures. Tv isnt working properly as well. Terrible. The surrounding is scary, dark and look unsafe at night if you are a girl and travelling alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through agoda and able to check in as usual. The place is convenient since it is near to the Putra Heights LRT station, Giant Hypermarket, few restaurants and bank. The room is quite spacious beyond expectation with quite affordable price. However, requested for non smoking room and when entered the room, it was quite smelly with unpleasant smoke odour. In addition, the towels provided can be improvised bcs the towels looked very old and unhygienic. Plus, i suggest to provide several iron and ironing board for the customers to request to bring along to their room. Not everyone is convenient going downstairs at the reception just to iron their clothes there.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us book the room at the last moment without any charges. Didn't take the full security deposit. Let us check in early ah agreed for a slightly delayed check out.
The rooms are sufficiently clean, although the shape is odd. The facilities are ok, but you can grant a shower there without wetting the whole bathroom as there are no shower curtains. No towels or floor mat either.
But all in all, it's OK for the price.

1. Room is not well maintained.
2. Saw the mop being treated poorly while the staff was cleaning the room. No single care was given.
3. Found a small cockroaches near the bed area.
4. Blanket and sheets were thin and old. Towels need replacement as it looks dirty and very thin.
5. Old spring bed was not very comfortable.
6. Many other budget hotel with higher quality.
7. The location doesn't feel safe and the staff was not welcoming.
8. Room size was reasonable, needs cleaner wall.
For a night of crashing in... You can try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever said this Hotel is worth booking is probably crazy. I don't care about the look as I only paid RM60/night BUT I care about the cleanliness, the smell, the service. Ew. I don't think they ever clean the blanket after each guests. Really bad smell on blankets. There were hair on bed and pillows. Also, there are torn parts on blankets and sheets. At around 8am the receptionist is playing a very loud hindi song. Oh, and both of the receptionist aren't friendly at all (no eye contacts no smile)

Room out: air cond not cool at all, room so hot high humidity. Even after turned on for hours still not cold.
Service out: being scolded by hotel technician after told them about the air cond problem.
Usually i never made any review on google, but this time i made it just to let everyone know and dont want other people feel this bad experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, within walking distance from LRT station & airport bus station. Also, not far from ELITE toll plaza. Quite a number of eating places in the surrounding area. Room is ok, probably depending on your luck or insistence. Front desk service could be better. In all, a good enough hotel for quick stopovers while attending to your business.
