★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/5 as I lowered the standards a bit as its Garden Inn and not exactly a Hotel. The mall below is dead and I dont know if its going to reincarnate sometime soon.
Plus points:
- Luggage assistance is available at the ground floor entrance.
- Nice Puchong city view
- Theres 3 pools. Normal pool (1.2m), kids pool and Jacuzzi.
- Breakfast buffet is available.
- Gym is also available.
- Near Puchong Perdana LRT station.
- Fast checkout.
Minus points:
- The elevator card scanner doesnt work properly sometimes.
- The Jacuzzi gets turned off from time to time but the timing is not stated.
- The housekeeping doesnt clean the room very well. They didnt clean out the trash. They didnt refill the coffee packets. They didnt provide toothbrush/paste in the bathroom.
- The free wifi is slow. You have to pay for the premium wifi if you want to stream videos.
- I asked for extra pillows 3 times (30 mins between each) before actually getting them.
- The steam iron is faulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A much better Hilton Garden Inn compare to the one in Chow Kitt area. I have a regular visitor to this hotel for the last 4 yrs and i can testify that almost everything here is perfect.
The room is nice, the facilities as well. The people ? Very soft spoken and helpful. Needless to say, they surely know how to make you feel welcome.
If you want to feel a Hilton experience but at a slightly cheaper room price, do pay a visit to this hotel.
Two thumbs up for all staff here. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this for anyone that needs a quarantine hotel. If you are looking for a confortable stay, you should consider this hotel. I did my 5 days quarantine in this hotel. On my first day, i arrived at 11pm due to delayed flight, however, the staff welcomed me very warmly. One of the thing that I’m so glad about is that they immediately said “I’ve prepared dinner for you” which I appreciate a lot. They helped me carried my baggage to my room and my dinner is delivered not even 5 minutes later. The next few days are as my expectations. They delivered my meals 3x a day, all the foods are edible, some of them are quite delicious. For me personally, the portion are quite big. The menus also vary from day to day. They also have a mini fridge whereby i used it to store my fruits/juice they gave. Drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioners are all provided. They don’t provide toothbrushes & toothpaste, so you might want to bring it from home. Wifi works great, the room is clean when i arrived. Last but not least, all the staffs are great. I had some billing issue (completely my fault) but they are willing to help me, even tho i end up calling the front office like a thousand times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a very comfortable bed and clean sheet. The lobby has ample of white and natural light. The only complaint is pathetic showering experience. The hotel should also update in its web page that the connecting mall is no longer open. As a foreign visitor is hard for me to find places to eat .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What to describe is that this hotel is cozy, cheap as well. A friend of mine booked below RM180, the hotel still new. Just nid more time during check in. I feel d sound proof is good too. No any noises like the other hotel which can heard next door when they flush. 10 min to happening area. Will go again......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite hotel for business trip due to its cleanliness, simplicity and quietness. There is a mall within the building but it was never fully operating. Not even the food court in the mall is open. No other eateries near to the hotel, but not an issue if you drive. Had my dinner in the restaurant and the food quality is pretty good.

The Hilton hotel group lives up to their reputation - professional staff, good customer service. Efficient check-in and check-out. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, bath towels and toiletries provided. Good quality food and prompt room service. Overall, good value for money. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable stay and experience. My first stay in Hilton has left a positive, lasting impression.
