★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had a massage before so this was a brand new experience for me, and it was very pleasent. Made phone reservations the day before with a very helpful and polite staff member. When I arrived for the appointment I was also greeted by very welcoming staff. They confirmed the package I chose (there's a good selection of packages to choose from) and proceeded to prepare for my massage. COVID-19 SOPs are very strictly followed here. Your footwear is sanitised as they swap them with slippers before your massage and your masseur wears a face mask, face shield, and gloves throughout the massage. The masseur is very polite throughout the massage, informing you before every step what she is about to do. You can order a variety of snacks for your massage as well. For a first time experience it was very enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last month for their triple treasure treatment, and my massage therapist did a good job!
The head/shoulder/back massage was nice, but I wasn't that big of a fan for reflexology in general. As for the foot soak, the temperature was actually quite lukewarm so I had to ask my massage therapist to add more hot water before it felt like a foot soak.
Apart from that, the receptionist was rather friendly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here. Easy to book an appointment online. And they'll call you to confirm. On the day of your appointment, they'll explain the treatment that you chose. I went on a Monday morning so I think I'm the only customer. Requested for a more private area, the environment in that area was better. The massage was relaxing and the strength was alright for me. Would consider to go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in on Saturday.. Service were great, therapist was also very good, took the Triple Treasure Massage for 90min.. The pressure for my back and leg were nice, this should be rate at 5 (Im okay with the chair even its unadjusted)..
I gave 4 star due to the sound from the exhibition hall can heard inside the room which massage should be more relax and quiet place..
If come during weekdays maybe would be better..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to give this place a go based on the good reviews as I felt my shoulders were a little tight. Managed to get same day booking by calling the branch, and they were really nice and accommodating. Customer service in store is good too, although my session was delayed for 15 minutes.
Paid rm169.60 for 2 pax of 45min silver cloud massage, but did not really get much relief as the masseuse did not target the right places and the pressure was insufficient for me. Would probably not return as my regular go-to place is more worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week, me and my husband decided to went to Qi Odyssey at Tropicana Gardens Mall after watched few tiktokers uploaded videos of them at Qi Odyssey. I took Triple Treasure Massage for 90mins and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. It was so good, the masseurs were very well trained, the massage was on point & my back pain had gone now plus, I’ll give 5 stars for the environment, so relaxing & it smells nice! Also 5 stars for the front desk staff, they were so friendly & helpful!
Overall, 5 ️ for everything! Definitely will come back again soon!
