No cleanniss at all!!! The room is too dusty and I can see a lot of cockroaches around the room. Not satisfied at all. Feel bad for spent money on dingy room ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can accommodate up to 7 guest at the time . Room are big , comfy and clean. They provide towels like hotel rooms and affordable price. Like it?. Worth the money ?. While the staff is very friendly.

Rooms are really nice, very good service by front desk & other crew members, in one word it’s ‘Excellent’. Love to go again, whenever everything gonna be ok from Covid-19. See you soon Qrac! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air-conditioning aren't serviced at all. Thick layer of dust can be spotted. Heater, wifi, TV remote controls, aircond remote didn't work. Not child friendly as some units have rails that's not protected by glasses. Children may fall down and get injured gravely. The rails which protected by glasses had sharp corners. Must be careful not to injure your hands while climbing stairs. Bathroom and toilets were in poor condition. Looked like not cleaned properly. Rusty iron panels where water discharge. Poor customer service. If you face any issues during your night stay then don't hope to call, Whatsapp or come in person to lobby to complain. Because the staffs will switch off their data and won't pick up your calls. Had to wait until next morning to change room. They won't refund your money but will show you other rooms to keep the money. If you're checking out early then prepared to wait for long time until their sloth staffs come to work and check the units before they return your deposit. The boss is not friendly as well. He doesn't like his units being compared to other hotels. Overall, not worth the money.
