★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the agents did not have the courtesy to return calls nor respond to messages, causing much distress to the customer. However, upon a string of bad reviews , there was an immediate response. Please treat your customers with respect and do not bully them especially once you have been paid. Customer service involves post sales as well n the least you should do is respond to their queries even if it you're still working on it. Do not leave them in the dark and expect them to just stop bugging you. If you're in the field of customer service please learn how to deal with them. Reviews are honest comments so please don't expect them to be removed only to maintain your reputation. Work towards gaining your reputation through your service. Seems like a long way to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company ever, Angel Chan is highly dishonest and unprofessional agent. I can even rate -5 if google allows this. Worst ever company.
When I did key handover while leaving unit it was decided that utilities will be transferred once utility bills are out but once I demanded my utilities deposit back then owner blocked my contact and agent shows no interest in resolving conflict because she is friend and need commision from owner to sell out and rent out that unit again. This is shameless attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with this agency, I strongly recommend staying far far away from them because:
1. They do not properly vet their clients and take no responsibility - when you’re charging thousands in commission fees how can one not bother to check the credibility and credentials of your client? To me this is highly unprofessional and inexcusable.
2. They maintain no records - their agent says they do not keep and TAs (Tenancy Agreements) or any receipts, records of the tenant identity etc whatsoever which is shocking!
Very disappointed with them and their lack of accepting responsibility in spite of earning fees for the job!
I've had many tenants and dealt with numerous agents and agencies over the years. This one is exceptionally bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the agent, treat you good before you make payment. Once u make your payment, they dont care about the pending items that they owe u. When I ask for the outstanding items in groupchat, everyone blue tick me?
And the landlord pay money for agent to settle everything and not agent to ask the tenant to buy items on behalf of them! (this also happens after make payment). Worst agent I ever faced in my life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't speak highly enough for our experience with the agent from ViVahomes Realty, Emily Kho. This is our first time letting go our old apartment. Her professional attitude impressed us deeply. She arranged staging meetings for follow up and guide us on how to increase its marketability.
In our case, she helped us sell within a couple of months. Emily, thanks for being so patient with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service saying will REFUND MONEY on the meeting after booking but then never refund and giving not related reason by saying due SPA form.. but thn i never sign SPA form and i only signed Booking form, not even go thru loan process and asking me to find someone for replacement. Cheating!!. Giving false information. Is this how your service???. If they ask to bank in deposit don't bank in until get their agent video recording information saying on refund information!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shally Pun is the worst agent I have dealt with. RACIST and is not sharing informations unless you declare NATIONALITY, RACE, COUNTRY OF ORIGIN and other ridiculous questions WITHOUT HAVING ANY PROPERTY TO OFFER! STAY AWAY FROM REAL ESTATE AGENTS THAT WANT ONLY TO COLLECT PRIVATE INFO, usually are useless!
EDIT: Dear Vivahomes, “but a minimal of client background is required for owner to understand their potential client and seeking approval before any site visit execution at owner’s premise” I agree on this, and I’m happy to share who I am and what I do if this is the situation, but you should to share the details of the property with me first in order to understand if the property is what I’m looking for, not asking without any property to represent that fulfills my requirements. I will write you the email to clarify all the concerns.
