Nurse: Why you want to see doctor?
Me: We both fever
Nurse: Have you done RTK?
Me: Yup. (evidence photo) Nurse refused to see the photo of our RTK Antigen result (-tive)
1 patient in treatment roon chit chat with doctor.
1 patient awaiting to do the swab test.
30 minutes later. I asked staff nurse. Lame lagi ke? The staff nurse replied dgn muke rude with no courtesy.
Nurse: baru habis 1 patient ye cik
Me: Swab test je pun takkan take long time?
Nurse: "eyes rolling" ignored me
15 minutes later
Staff nurse tua nk mampos, kening cukur cakap dari treatment room. Doctor insists us to do the swab test.

KALAU DARI AWAL CAKAP KENA BUAT SWAB TEST KAMI TAKKAN TUNGGU! ni dh dekat 1 jam baru nak cakap! Stupido! Patient takde LANGSUNG nak attend kitorg amik mase sejam tapi tak jumpe lgsg Doctor!
Seperti di tekan oleh menteri kesihatan, menggalalakan rakyat utk membuat RTK menggunakan air liur. Tetapi KLINIK INI TIDAK MENERIMA LANGSUNG.
THE WORST, RUDE AND LEMBAB KLINIK IN KAMPAR PERAK!! FOR THOSE WHO VISITING KAMPAR AND SEEK FOR HEALTHCARE PLEASE GO TO KLINIK PMC SDN BHD THE BEST KLINIK IN KAMPAR! EFFICIENT AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Me: Swab test won't take long?

Old nurse staff nk mampos, eyebrows shaved from the treatment room. Doctor insists us to do the swab test.

IF FROM THE BEGINNING, YOU HAVE TO DO A SWAB TEST, WE WILL NOT WAIT! It's almost 1 hour to talk! Stupid! The patient did not immediately want to attend our friend's visit for an hour, but did not see the Doctor again!
As pressed by the health minister, encouraging the people to make RTK using saliva. But THIS CLINIC DOES NOT ACCEPT IT AT ALL.
