But safety is top tip.

โ โ โ โ โ Disappointing, the kitchenette sink was leaking, there is no daily cleaning of room, gym access was not convinent. For the money spent, this place is not ideal. However in terms of space, it is big.

โ โ โ โ โ The view from the infinity pool was amazing as Kl tower was just right in front of us. Great hospitality, Victoria Home will definitely be our first choice for our next stay!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent facility at M city . For example, heated swimming pool, gym with ladies room only, rock climbing, game room, boxing room, you name it! However the service level of Victoria Home is more like anbnb style. You need to pick up your own key and pay via an bank account even we booked via Agoda with credit card information submitted ahead. Definitely not at serived apartment level and not service friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ Called the property for check-in, no one picked up. Security guards sleeping and dont understand simple english like check-in or hotel. Ended up was advised to cancel by the guards cos they are not related to the property. Super bad experience, stay at your own risk of being locked out.

It is a spacious place to stay, nice building and location
BUT dirty n don't expect any support from the staff or customer service. I informed them of my late arrival and requested arrangements for the key pickup. I sent messages and emails to them and the staff kept referring me to each other. Later they said they ll make arrangements but at the last minute they told me to get a friend or cousin in KL to pickup the key which was ridiculous moreover they had an issue going on with the building security.
"Security guard won't let you in but you just ignore them and tell them you are visiting family" suggested by Victoria Home staff Lolzz.
I had to take the taxi from the airport with my whole family to the home of one of staff first he hung the key in red plastic bag outside his gate. It was a mission to go to a very local neighborliness and find the house first then we reached this service apartment and found many things broken and a dirty female underwear in the cupboard "icing on the cake lolz". Upon request no one showed up for any help and we were on our own entirely , the staff wont get back to you on whatsapp. So we cleaned the whole apartment and bought everything which they supposed to provide us and lived happily ever after.
Will not be their customer again

โ โ โ โ โ It's a decent place with nice view. Spacious and clean. Suitable for family and also friends gathering. Fully equipped. With bath tub (Spacious bathroom-masterbedroom)
But I hope they could fix the tv. There's no Wi-Fi at least could've added normal channels like tv2 ,tv3 and etc. They should provide at least one car park for. We had to pay RM11 or something the other day for the parking ?
Anyhow kinda lively place and easy to find. I would recommend people to go there and I myself might go there next time ?
