If you need to buy medicines, you need to bring your medical prescription from you respective Medical Center/Doctors.
All the medicines sells there are controlled medicines by KKM.

β β β β β Waited for service at the pharmacy counter but none of the staff attended to me. The staff decided to attend to other customers who came in the store later. It was as though I was discriminated against.
Furthermore, I was waiting for a lady to finish her purchase while two of the staff members were attending to her. I don't think that was necessary for two staff to attend to a single patient over a trivial price checking request
