★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst management I ever seen. Do not update the accounts on the Maintenance fee correctly. every month need to chase for receipt even after paid otherwise they will charge for late payment. Staff mistakes we need to bear the charges. I never see a coward Management even wrote to the top Mgmt but nobody even dare to reply. I hope the Dcasa Condo Management could look into this.Our accounts are not updated even after we paid.
