★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good repair shop. Well equipped. Staff very knowledgeable and courteous. Had a Samsung Note 9 with Mainland China operating system. R&K managed to remove it and install Android Pie. Now it works great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried repairing my phone LCD. Before putting my phone away, I nego for at least RM10 discount. The agent throw my phone to the side and say dont want to repair. So I just accepted his price.
After 2 hours when I return the shop to collect, he says LCD out of stock. Wasted my time and effort. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
