there are lesser people. The uncle there was really helpful and kind as he helped me to carry the air fryer to my car. Thank you! Kudos to the customer service too.
My air fryer unfortunately cant be fixed, the tray still cant be inserted. Apparently they do not have the spare part. If anyone knows anyone who can fix, please let me know.

The service representatives were very friendly & understanding, communicated effectively and well-versed in their customers' product issues. ????
Plus, my appliance was fixed within 1 DAY (despite their notice saying up to 14 days). Very pleased with their service. ????
?? Unfortunately, their queueing system is not entirely user-friendly for all walk-in customers, whom are required to manually key-in name & contact no on a PC terminal.
Most importantly, there's no pop-up notification that says 'Submitted successfully. Please take a seat & await your turn.' after clicking 'Submit'.
(Hopefully Phillips Consumer Care staff will take note of this).
Overall 8/10
A recommended place to send Phillips appliances for service.

β β β β β What can I say, the management has demonstrated the highest standard of professionalism. If the STARS could stretch to 10, I would have starred the centre 10..Kudos Philips !..keep.up the good work..civil servants should be sent here for training on how to deal with public.

β β β β β Easy to access from Federal Hway. Ample parking. 3 counters opened during my 1st ever visit. Arrived at 3:30 pm & was called 20 minutes later. Assisted by Mr Adam. Such a friendly CS, in fact all CS are nice. He explained throughly the process of fixing my air fryer. Without a warranty, you'll be charged RM20 (non-refundable) for checking. They'll contact you later for a repairing/spare parts quotation.
I will update you later regarding the quotation.
Update: they fixed my air fryer by changing the motor fan. Total price RM50 (soooo affordable!) with 3 mths warranty.

β β β β β Fast service friendly and helpful staffs. Reasonable fees depends what you Phillip products. For mine vacuum & steam iron. They follow up after you sent to checknif agree to change broken or faulty parts as well as charges involve. Usually one week done depend on availability of new parts. Good work & good after sales services. ?
